Clint Bontempo, MBA, PMP®
Vice President & Sr. Project Manager

Clint began his career early, when he co-founded a successful internet company.   While obtaining his Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Clint took advantage of an opportunity to join the management team with Centennial Wireless, a telecommunications company.  While at Centennial, Clint managed several projects related to new product and promotional launches, process creation and improvement, direct marketing campaigns, website enhancements, and application development.   AT&T acquired Centennial and Clint was selected to join the AT&T Merger and Acquisition Team as a Project Manager.  In this role, Clint was responsible for process improvements and developing a migration plan for impacted customers.

In 2011, Clint joined Bulldog Consulting Services due to his interest in process improvements and career development opportunities.  Clint quickly obtained his PMP Certification and his Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.   Clint has continued to enhance his skills in project management, organizational leadership, budget management, and has perfected his “outside the box” thinking to create positive solutions for customers.   Today, Clint is a Vice President at Bulldog Consulting Services where he oversees all marketing and technology activities, the Bulldog Training Services program, and is a key contributor to the company’s strategic direction.   In addition to this role, Clint continues to serve as a consultant to our clients where he specializes in special projects.

Clint resides on the north side of Fort Wayne with his wife, Heather, and his two children, Chloe and Anthony. In addition to family time, he enjoys home improvement projects, carpentry, football, and chasing balls around a golf course.
