Mike began his career with Centennial Communications, where he advanced from a Sales Consultant to a Senior Training Manager.  Mike’s responsibilities included the design and delivery of training both in traditional classroom settings and with online interactive environments.  In addition, he was part of the Merger and Acquisition Team that provided project management for the transition of several wireless properties to their buyers.

Mike joined the Bulldog team in 2012 to expand his project management skills into the Insurance industry.  Mike serves in both Project and Program Management roles for electronic data projects and procurement initiatives.  In addition to project work, Mike has provided recurring custom training segments on Microsoft SharePoint, Project Management, and general computer training tips/tricks to our customers.   Mike enjoys creating and presenting informative solutions that capture both the imagination and creativity necessary to keep workforces energized, engaged, and effective.

Mike holds both the Project Management Professional and Professional Scrum Master I certifications, as well as, an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.  Mike resides in northern Indiana, with his wife and children. Mike enjoys cooking gourmet meals, gardening, and spending time with his family.
