Stepping through the doors at Bulldog with decades of experience at large, publicly traded companies, where he led IT project delivery, Andy has experience working with offshore teams managing projects with a focus on anything from websites to interface development. Getting his start as a mainframe programmer and working his way to the management side of project work, Andy has the advantageous ability to quickly grasp and understand the work being done across the team. These skills have been put to use in his Bulldog work as he successfully leads IT projects, including application replacement projects with nationwide impact.
