Begin by scoping the project:
Once engaged, we meet with your management team to understand the goals and objectives for the project and to obtain relevant background information in order to begin the planning process.

Begin by scoping the project:
Once engaged, we meet with your management team to understand the goals and objectives for the process improvement. We define the purpose and scope of the process, inputs and output(s), and associated requirements. Employing our end-to-end approach, we identify the owner, customers and suppliers of the process and their requirements.

Understand and define project phases:
Next, we define the high-level tasks to be performed on the project, along with a timeline for completing each key milestone or phase and a list of resources required.

Understand and define project phases:
Next, we define all tasks to be performed to improve the process, along with a timeline for completing each key milestone or phase and a list of resources required.

Learn and document business requirements:
It’s important at this point in the project to meet with the stakeholders and business units to define their requirements. This includes understanding and documenting assumptions, constraints, potential risks, ways to mitigate the risks, and project dependencies.

Learn and document the current state:
Here, we meet with key stakeholders and processors, walking and mapping the process to gain an understanding of how it operates, so that we can validate the process, analyze it, and identify improvement opportunities.

Layout steps to achieve objective:
Here, we formulate an effective, comprehensive project plan, compiling all outputs of the preceding project planning activities and establishing the tasks required to achieve the project objective.

List what works, what doesn’t:
Based upon our in-depth analysis, we identify quick fixes, short-term and long-term opportunities, and constraints within the process. We will review and establish metrics to improve the process, which will enable control and visibility with the process going forward.

Direct the solution:
At this phase, we manage the solution, working closely with stakeholders and communicating regularly with them. It is here that we set metrics for measuring the success of the project.

Define the improvement recommendations:
At this phase, we develop a comprehensive report on the recommended process improvements, focusing on the ultimate objective as well as future efficiency gains. Improvement recommendations are made taking into account your people, supporting technology and process flow.

Optimize process improvements:
Here, the new process is implemented and improved quality is realized. Depending on your preference, we can manage the change to your process or hand off a plan to ensure sustainable, measurable improvements for your internal staff to execute.

Optimize implementation:
The project tasks are completed and actual work results are created.

Gauge results:
Upon closing out the project, we review lessons learned and establish a plan for follow-up and/or hand-off of work products.

Gather lesson learned:
At this final stage, the new process is measured and results are compared against the improvement expectations to ascertain any differences. Process status is communicated to key stakeholders.
