Coming to Bulldog from City Hall in Chicago, Abi helped lead the delivery of special projects under the Department of Planning and Development. From the renovations at Wrigley Field to former police stations turned into domestic violence shelters, her heart is in the relationships she builds along the way. The result of her respect and commitment to those relationships is evident in the delivery of her projects and the output of her work. As a leader at Bulldog, she’s driven process improvements, organic gap identification, analysis and solutioning as well as the portfolio management of a multimillion-dollar global transformation program delivery.
