Prior to her entrance into Bulldog, Sarha built a successful reputation identifying gaps and leading process improvements. From standing up a new department, including the selection and implementation of full suite software, to leading drastically improved preparations for external financial audits, she not only has a natural ability to identify a need for improvement, she drives the change through delivery. Leading multiple projects as a Bulldog, including Agile deliveries, she isn’t just known for her often used phrase “nailed it”, it’s what she consistently does.
