Sharon’s corporate career has spanned numerous areas of business. She began her career with Jackson National Life Insurance Company in Lansing, Michigan.  During her 10 years at Jackson, she held a variety of positions, starting as an operations processor and advancing to management.   Sharon then relocated to Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she then joined Lincoln Financial Group.  Working with Lincoln for almost 10 years, she held various management positions and was part of the Six Sigma Division where she earned a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, led the Six Sigma Project Selection Program, and began her love for project management and process improvements.

With a genuine passion for continuous improvement, Sharon opted to leave Corporate America, putting her consulting skills to work for other companies. Today, she is the owner and President of Bulldog Consulting Services. With more than 25 years of experience, she brings not only extensive expertise to all projects she undertakes but also significant energy, enthusiasm and passion. She has developed a strong team of skilled project managers and business analysis professionals that share her passion and exemplify the Bulldog ideals.

Sharon earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Central Michigan University. She lives in Leo, Indiana with her husband Mike, their two children, Matt and Ashley, and the family dog, Swiper.  She is a proud hockey and softball mom and enjoys downhill skiing.
