The original Bulldog. She goes after what she wants. She drives change. She takes risks. She isn’t afraid to be direct. She’s a true partner to her clients. Meet Sharon. As the leader of Bulldog Consulting Services, Sharon sets the incredibly high standard for which Bulldog is known. In her own project delivery work, Sharon leverages advanced management experience, executive level communication and vast industry knowledge to successfully lead consulting, project management and business process improvement projects. From complex IT project delivery, including system conversions, IVR enhancements, system upgrades and merger and acquisitions, to overhauling process improvements at the request of c-suite executives, she doesn’t stop until she’s proud of what she’s delivering. On top of her in-demand work in the client space, Sharon is the Top Dog in the Bulldog office. The living example of Bulldog’s work hard, play hard mentality, Sharon invests herself in her team, consistently challenging every person in the room, pushing them to work harder, think smarter, produce better, and “Bulldog it.”
