Combining his bachelor’s degree in business with his master’s degrees in clinical psychology and divinity, Steve always looks holistically at situations and puts people first in everything; understanding that people make projects happen. Coming to Bulldog having been a Chaplain in the United States Army across Military Intelligence, Psychological Operations, and Explosive Ordnance Disposal, Steve understands that different projects and project teams require differing approaches. He is an effective motivator, communicator, and leader with a proven ability to manage all types of personalities. His ability to diffuse stressful situations, proactively resolve issues, and achieve challenging goals and objectives enhances all project teams he works with and sets his teams up for success.
