Tracy came to Bulldog as a financial and insurance industry veteran with decades of experience streamlining processes and creating efficiencies within organizational structures. Not only does she quickly build strong, genuine relationships, she’s equipped with the tools to create positive impact across her team. Notably, she was instrumental in the identification of a system-wide gap in which she pulled a team together to collaborate, identify root cause, create buy-in on a solution, and execute the agreed upon plan; all while maintaining clear communication and reporting to impacted stakeholders. There’s no confusion why everybody’s “jonesing” to have her on their team.
