Project Manager

Yolanda began her career at Lincoln Financial Group in 1987.  She held numerous positions over the years which enabled her to focus on Business to Business technology efforts, both internally and within the industry.  During this time, she participated in various industry working groups, as well as, served in leadership roles within the industry to represent Lincoln and improve industry standards for Forms, Electronic Data Interface (EDI), and Extensible Markup Language (XML).   In 2006, Yolanda joined ACORD as the Life & Annuity Program Manager.  She facilitated numerous working groups within the program to develop and enhance the standards.  She was also responsible for the overall Life & Annuity standards program to ensure proper governance and to provide strategic direction.

Yolanda joined Bulldog Consulting Services in 2014 to further her passion for organizational management and continuous process improvements.  Yolanda’s focus is on IT project management, integrating new technologies and fostering communications among IT and Business areas.   She is passionate about seeing new technology in use and working with customers to deliver quality results.  In addition to project management activities, she continues to participate in industry initiatives and has been selected to serve as co-chair of the ACORD Program Working Group, and the ACORD Certification Committee.

Yolanda earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Psychology, both from Indiana Institute of Technology.  She also earned her ACORD Certified Expert (ACE) designation in 2013.  Yolanda is very active in her church and has participated in several autism awareness events within her community.  She lives in Fort Wayne Indiana with her husband Robert and sons DeAndre and Robert Jr, and loves spending time with her family.  She aspires to learn to play the keyboard and tennis.
